Quickly invite users to your projects and organizations in the Fount Developer Portal.

Users can only be invited to projects within the same organization. Cross-organization invitations are not supported—users from one organization cannot be invited to projects belonging to a different organization.

Invitation Process

Step 1: Navigate to Project Members

  1. Go to your project
  2. Click on the Members section
  3. Click the "Invite Member" button

Step 2: Configure Invitation

  • Email Address: Enter the invitee's email
  • Role Selection: Choose the appropriate permission level
  • Project Assignment: Automatically assigned to current project

Read-only access to view project content and resources

Invitation Workflow

1. Send Invitation

After configuring the invitation details, click "Send Invitation". The system automatically:

  • Sends an invitation email to the recipient
  • Generates a unique token (valid for 7 days)
  • Sets the invitation status as "Pending" in the members list

2. User Acceptance

New Users:

  • Click the invitation link in the email
  • Complete registration with OTP verification
  • Automatically join the project/organization

Existing Users:

  • Access is granted immediately—no manual acceptance required
  • Upon logging in, users have instant access to the invited project
